Client Area Features - Including Paying Your Invoices
Your Client Area allows you to manage your acccount 24/7, 365 days a year. You can update your details, order or upgrade hosting packages, register a domain name, review, pay or cancel invoices online as well as submit support tickets directly to our support desk. To access these features you will need to log in to your Client area at https://clients.hostingireland.ie/clientarea.php (if you do not know your login, contact support and we will send your details to you).
Amending Your Details
To update your details simply select Update Your Details in your Client Area homepage https://clients.hostingireland.ie/clientarea.php From here you can amend your contact information and address, password and credit/debit card details. (It's important that you keep you card details up to date if you want to ensure your domains and hosting services are automatically renewed.)
Finding your Invoices
Due Invoices are shown as soon as you login to your client area under the Due Invoices heading. You can also access all invoices in the drop down menu under My Invoices in the Billing menu.
Paying your Invoices
In your Client Area homepage https://clients.hostingireland.ie/clientarea.php select the invoice you want to pay, you can select multiple invoices by ticking more than one invoice. Click Pay Selected and enter your credit/debit card details and select Make Payment. You'll be sent an automated email to confirm we've processed your payment.
Keeping Your Card Details Up To Date
To update your credit card details in our system you can click Update Your Details or Billing and then select Credit Card Details. From here you can amend your details. It's important that you keep you card details up to date if you want to ensure your domains and hosting services are automatically renewed.
