Your Client Area allows you to manage your acccount 24/7, 365 days a year. Â You can update your details, order or upgrade hosting packages, register a domain name, review, pay or cancel invoices online as well as submit support tickets directly to our support desk. Â To access these features you will need to log in to your Client area at https://clients.hostingireland.ie/clientarea.phpÂ Â (if you do not know your login, contact support and we will send your details to you).
Amending Your Details
To update your details simply select Update YourÂ DetailsÂ in your Client Area homepage https://clients.hostingireland.ie/clientarea.phpÂ Â From here you can amend your contact information and address, password and credit/debit card details. (It's important that you keep you card details up to date if you want to ensure your domains and hosting services are automatically renewed.)
Finding your Invoices
Due Invoices are shown as soon as you login to your client area under theÂ Due InvoicesÂ heading. Â You can also access all invoices in the drop down menu under My Invoices in theÂ BillingÂ menu.
Paying your Invoices
In your Client Area homepage https://clients.hostingireland.ie/clientarea.phpÂ Â select the invoice you want to pay, you can select multiple invoices by ticking more than one invoice. Â ClickÂ Pay SelectedÂ and enter your credit/debit card details and select Make Payment. Â You'll be sent an automated email to confirm we've processed your payment.
Keeping Your Card Details Up To Date
To update your credit card details in our systemÂ you can click Update YourÂ DetailsÂ or Billing and then selectÂ Credit Card Details. From here you can amend your details. Â It's important that you keep you card details up to date if you want to ensure your domains and hosting services are automatically renewed.
