Please see the following on how to configure web forwarding, which automatically redirects visitors from one domain or URL to another, and email forwarding, which allows messages sent to an address at your domain to be delivered to an existing mailbox (such as Gmail or Outlook). These features are useful when you want to point a domain to another website, consolidate multiple domains, or manage email without setting up a full mailbox.

Accessing the Forwarding Settings

1. Log in to your Client Area.

2. In the blue navigation bar, click My Domains > Web/Email Forwarding.

3. Select the domain you want to configure from the dropdown list and click Continue.

Setting Up Web Forwarding

1. In the protocol dropdown, select https:// (recommended for secure, modern browsers).

2. Choose a redirect type—301 or 302:

   • 301 – Permanent Redirect
     Use this when the destination URL is intended to be the permanent new address.

   • 302 – Temporary Redirect
     Use this when the redirect is only temporary and intended to be removed later.

3. Enter the full URL you want to forward to (e.g., https://example.com/).

4. Click Update Forwarder to save the changes.

5. The DNS settings for the domain will need to be updated to point to this forwarder, please see the "Update DNS Settings" section below for more information.

Setting Up Email Forwarding

1. Enter the username you wish to forward (for example, info, sales, or your name), this creates an address such as info@yourdomain.com

2. Enter the destination email address where you want messages forwarded.

3. Click Create Forwarder to save.
4. The DNS settings for the domain will need to be updated to point to this forwarder, please see the "Update DNS Settings" section below for more information.

To ensure both web and email forwarding work correctly, you will need to update your domain’s DNS settings to point to the forwarding server at 185.43.232.251
