How to access your Client Area

Introduction

You have full access to your Client Area to make all changes you need on your online journey. This guide will show you how to access your Online Control Panel and what is required to login.

 

Before you start

You will need the email address used for your Hosting Ireland account and your Client Area password.

Your Client Area password may be different from your email, cPanel, webmail or website password.

 

Step One

Navigate to our website hostingireland.ie

Once on the website, choose “Log in” found on the top right-hand side of the page.

 

Step Two

Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

If you do not know your password, click Forgot Password?.

Step Three

You will now see your Client Area dashboard.

From here, you can manage your services, domains, invoices, billing details and support tickets.

Some options may only be available if you are the account holder or have been given the correct permissions.
