Adding a Domain

You always need to add a domain first to the filtering system before the system will accept incoming email for that domain. Select the Add Domain link.

On this screen enter the domain you wish to filter e.g. domain.com. If no destin ation mailserver (route) could be determined for the fin al mail delivery, you are automatically asked to enter the route manually. If you want to add more than 1 route (in case the first one is not reachable) you can do this later with the "Edit domain" function. You can also control the port that mail is delivery on if not standard.

You may bulk upload multiple domains if you wish.

Please note that possible ports will depend on our border firewalls. Please contact us for further information on alternative ports.
