Spam Filter Protection Reports

A daily/weekly report, in HTML or PDF format, can be generated for each domain and is sent via email. Multiple recipients can be separated with a comma. A report can also be generated on-demand from the API/webinterface.

The report outlines a summary of the spam and viruses that the filtering service have protected the domain from receiving, and information about the total volume of mail processed for the domain. The report also outlines in detail (e.g. for auditing purposes) the messages that have been rejected by the filtering services.

In addition you can currently access up to 4 weeks of statistical data on our system.

Either select the 'On Demand Protection Report'. Select 'Periodic Domain Protection Report' to schedule domain wide protection reports:

In addition individual recipients can receive their own reports. Select 'Periodic User Protection Report' and then 'Add a recipient'. You can add multiple addresses using a CSV import file.
