Unfortunately Cloudflare have decided to discontinue their Host and Partner APIs along with the plugin for the Cpanel control panel. This means you will not longer be able to access Cloudflare from your Hosting Control Panel.
If you used this then you can still login to your Cloudflare account at manage directly at https://dash.cloudflare.com/login/
In addition there is a Wordpress plugin for Cloudflare https://wordpress.org/plugins/cloudflare/
