Transfer Traffic Graphs for Dedicated Servers Customers

Dedicated Servers Customers can now view their data transfer graphs via the 'Manage Services'->Server->Traffic Graphs button.

Updating graphs will show Inbound and Outbound transfer, current, average, maximum and total transfer.
